Family Forward was founded upon our personal experience with our own disabled family members. With over 20 years of first hand experience, we know the importance of exceptional care. With our personal story we were able to identify the growing need for the family centered care model.

Family Forward is a compassionate, Indiana-based personal care agency dedicated to supporting seniors and individuals with disabilities in living safely and independently in their homes. We proudly serve clients across the entire state, offering high-quality, person-centered care tailored to each individual's unique needs.
At Family Forward, we bring a deeply personal understanding to the care we provide—because we've lived it ourselves. Founded by special needs parents with decades of firsthand experience navigating caregiving and Medicaid systems, we understand the challenges families face and the level of support they truly need.
Family Forward is an approved provider through Indiana Medicaid and actively participates in the Indiana PathWays for Aging program. We are proud to partner with Anthem, UnitedHealthcare, and Humana, and we also accept private pay clients.
